Feel like I am dying

I am getting sick, more and more serious.
Feel like I am dying.
After suffered the painful back over the weekend, today was suffering the diarrhea.
Sucks!
I just found that actually I haven't yet recovered during my Taiwan trip.
No wonder I was so pain right now...
